Coolife Goes Light for Smirnoff

Carole Beaupré and Pauline Rochas of New York City-based beauty and product photography duo Coolife Studio recently wrapped up a campaign for Smirnoff Sorbet Light. The vodka brand approached Coolife looking for a feminine sensibility for their first line of low calorie flavors targeted towards women. Brand manager Sandhya Padmanabhan comments, “Today’s multifaceted woman inspired Smirnoff to think differently and create a product that would make guilt free, delectable drinks that truly embody the refreshingly light taste of sorbet.”
Beaupré and Rochas photographed the three flavors: Lemon, Mango Passionfruit and Raspberry Pomegranate and worked on some art direction and all post-production to create a “dreamy and cloudy” effect. The images are currently running online and in print.
