Jonathan Hanson Covers Gospel Competition for Verizon

Jonathan Hanson recently collaborated with Wonderful Machine and Momentum Worldwide on an assignment in his home city of Baltimore. Hanson spent an evening photographing the crème de la crème of local gospel choirs, who are competing to win over $50,000 in cash and prizes in the sixth year of the Verizon-sponsored competition How Sweet the Sound.

Hanson has also updated his portfolio with some new lifestyle imagery featuring Aus, who is a part of The Creators, a group of artists and hip-hop musicians, and Riss, a model, stylist and studying actress. Hanson has also worked with the pair on an Adidas shoot, which will be released soon.
